In my role as a property assessor, I’ve worked extensively with industrial properties, land, and office buildings, analyzing income statements and financial reports on a daily basis to support accurate, defensible valuations.

That background means I’m deeply comfortable with numbers, documentation, and compliance—skills that translate directly into reliable, organized bookkeeping for small businesses.

To complement my real-world experience, I’ve also earned my QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification, allowing me to help clients keep clean books, stay organized, and make better decisions using their financial data.
